Any of us would give our right arms to be in his position , playing for our team

He should give 100% every week no question , as should everyone fortuante enough to be in the team

I have no axe to grind with his colour that is just daft , but if any player is not pulling their weight then they deserve stick

I never rated Notman or Rivers and gave them stick - just As I would Francis , Safri , Helveg any of them

Colour or race does not come into it - NCFC is what matters
