My current status is

Generally very content with how we are doing and the job Hoot is doing but can't help feel we (or more accurately the management team) need to have a bit more faith in the ability of the players to take the game to the weaker teams. I can't help feeling with a little bit more positivity (and I'm not talking kamikaze stuff) we could have more than 20 points by now.

That's not a moan just how I feel. I dint want Hoot out. I am very happy with him. I don't want us to change how we are playing significantly. Just a little more intent and the occasional proactive sub a bit earlier in the game.
