He's turned into the same manager he always was

Takes time to bed in - check (and I was one of several consistently saying give him time he'll turn good - he has)
Builds from the back forwards - check
Makes subs too late to have an impact - check

All of these were said to us by fans of other clubs he'd managed before he came.

Pointing this out does not equate to not appreciating our results!
