Fuck knows. I read it in a book written by a Real Scotch Drinker.

I'm lead to believe that the cheap stuff is a Blend, the decent stuff is a Malt, and the really decent stuff is referred to by it's name. Fuck knows. The Scots seem to like it though, and they're mostly nuts. Stay well clear.
