Last time we won at Southampton

Ched scored, they had 25 attempts on goal and ballooned a pen over the bar as the player who was their regular penalty taker (Rasiak?) didn?t fancy it and delegated it to Stern John(?), I think Rasiak was meant to be joining Norwich but it fell through.

It was one of three wins on the bounce before the Rodent started effin around with the team and we needed to win a couple of games late in the season to be safe.

Pre-match we had a beer the Southampton equivalent of Squares, a huge barn of a pub with about 20 people in there. We saw some girls inside who sold their services by the hour and they tried to talk to us; seem to recall there were some heavy minders looking out for them.

Prediction time: - My view is a team with a better defence will beat a team with a better attack more times than not so I?m confident of a decent result this evening, even with Turner and potentially Ruddy not available. 2-1 City.
