This is a cricket related post.

My cricket team here in Bordeaux are looking for a young man, 21ish, to come and join us. We are looking for a lad who wants to work with wine because we play in the backyard of a prestigious bordeaux chateau, and the chateau wants a live in bod to help with all aspects of wine production and all the other wine things.

This bloke will also mow the cricket pitch and play cricket other sunday.

Accomodation is free, in a cottage at the chateau. There will also be a salary or some sort. I guess its a year appointment but no doubt further opportunities will arise.

the chateau is thirty minutes from bordeaux.

the standard of cricket is variable, sunday league but also 3 or 4 decent touring teams in late summer.
