Problem with this one is that everyone will hide. Project people, account managers and solution architechts will want the glory without any of the responsibility. I will do it my usual way, just tell 'em this is how it's going to be. No one will challenge for fear of being held responsible for any cock ups.
From the moment I actually decided I don't have a career, just a job that they pay me very well for, I've worked like this. It's much more fun and I can count on the fingers of one hand (that's six for those from Suffolk) the number of times anyone has actually seriously disagreed with me. It's actually fun.
