Some suggested clauses:

1) The party of the first part shall at all times keep the party of the second part fully appraised as to what [s]he had for lunch, and vice versa

2) On conclusion of this agreement Newcastle shall be required to supply a consideration whose value should be 50% of the value of the whole contract

3) The Ethel should be boiled, and quickly, before it does a smell
