Late 90's my company asked

if I wanted to head over to China to do the Operational part of the biggest bid ($500M) in our sector in the world at that time. I said "yes" straight away as that will always keep the door open while you create thinking time. Say "no" and the door is shut even though you may change your mind later.

I went and stayed on & off doing that and many other things in China and Japan and then all over the world. The best time of my life and I miss it every day.

Say "yes" with enthusiasm and a big smile!

Then go and s**t yourself and have a good think....
