we'll have played 14 games of which only 6 have been at home, of which 3 were against Liverpool, Arsenal & Man U.
So you have to think we have more advantageous fixtures to come. This is the opposite of last year, when we had a better fixture list in the first half of the season and a nastier one later (hence the generally poor results in the latter half of last season).

In fact by the time the Xmas programme is over we'll have played Man U, Man City, Chelsea, Arsenal & Liverpool here so almost every home game after that will be one we have a very reasonable chance of winning. If we are out of the bottom three at the start of January we really will have no excuse not to stay up.
