Re Twitter....

I condemn the racist who made those comments to Bassong and racism is totally unacceptable. Also the comments that were made to Adele after she had her baby were very distasteful. There have also been numerous high profile cases in the media where people have been bullied and abused on Twitter.
What concerns me is that valuable police resources are being used up looking into these cases especially at a time where big cuts are being made to police budgets.
Twitter is a luxury IMO. It is a fact of life that there are nasty people out there in the world. If you CHOOSE to go on Twitter then you are at risk of exposing yourself to these people and there comments. People have a choice, you don't have to be on Twitter.
