Some tips

Now top of the League with 12 points clear. My suggestion is to keep everything simple; keep mentality and creative freedom at the team level for everyone (it seems to promote far greater unity) and play slight negative football (ie have your team mentality around 3 from the middle towards defensive).

Allow Hucks, Jarvis, Colins and Drury to run with the ball and put crosses into the target man. Don't specify where to provide the target man (ie head, to feet etc) as it gives more options. Instead, set Leon McKenzie as your target man (yes, seriously!)

Leon will quite often be fed the ball and will quickly distribute it to Ashton who bangs them in.

Also, you need a replacement for Damien. I bought Mark Kerr from a Scottish team (can't remember who) who is a tireless midfielder. I let him make forward runs, partner him with either Saffers who then sits in front of the front two, or Saffers and Andy Hughes in a 4-5-1 (allowing them both to make runs forward).

Finally, sell Jarrett for ?500k, Fleming for ?100k, Charlton for ?250k and Jarvis for ?3mil.
