Does he though?

Ok Spurs werent doing well but they were clearly underperforming and he spent loads to get success there. Did ok at west ham. Did ok at Pompey but spent a fortune they didn't have and didn't he get relegated with Southampton?

I personally think he's a bit overrated largely because there has been such a dearth of decent English managers. I think his problem at QPR will bd that although they have spent loads on players they haven't bought that many good ones.
