1) get a better mouse. Maybe you have the best evaaaah, but if not get one which is quite low and has a sensitive click action and buttons in a natural position. i.e. not one of the big clunky ones where you almost have to raise or stretch you finger, then give a lot of force to click it.

3) Dunno if this will work for a finger, but it worked when I had it a bit in my forearm. Relax your shoulders when sitting at your desk. RSI can be due to tendonitis - inflammation of a tendon. Tendons, like everything else, need blood flow to heal but apparently don't normally get much. If you sit with tense shoulders, which a lot of us do without noticing, it restricts the blood flow to the lower arms and therefore prevents the tendon healing quickly.
And finally go to a physio.
