Nothing would happen really. I've heard this "if that was us" line for about 20 years, but I'm yet to see where the book was ever really thrown at The FA or the Football League

I don't remember the punishment dished out for England fans ripping Lansdowne Road to pieces because they were losing, but I don't ever remember England being thrown out of a tournament or playing games behind closed doors (which is the general punishment in Europe)
