There's a brand new Humax Youview thing sitting by the communal entrance to the flats here

It was delivered over a week ago and is addressed to the flat opposite mine. The bloke there has come and gone loads of times so its clearly not his.

Should I nick it before someone else does? Just checked and they go for around ?250.
