What Tettey did brilliantly on Saturday was something you don't always notice - he

just kept drifting into the spaces Man Utd were trying to create and taking away the lanes for through balls. He was frustrating them like hell even when not tackling or in possession. The number of times you saw them look up for the killer ball and then have to play it square cos Tettey had closed the options was amazing. That's why they eventually (and a few times almost with success) started trying to play it over the top of the defence.
