twitter help, please

Don't tweet, but occasionally like to read.Twitter never seems to show ALL replies to a tweet, just a small number. Eg. Pacheco's tweet about us earlier. Surely that must have had more than 4 replies? Is there a way to see more.
Oh, I'm on the android app, would I see it all on the web?
I always get the feeling when I search for a topic I only get a small number of results. Thanks.
