Moral Question?

Is it wrong to go out on halloween dressed up as a horror movie character, lets say Michael Myers, and purposely scare kids into not putting dogs**t/paper/fireworks through your letter box, I'm not saying threaten to kill them but just jump out on a few every now and then and scare the living s**t out of them. I think it would be a bit of a laugh but part of me says it would be wrong! Is it?
