My point was, and still is, that Boris claims electoral credibility as a cyclist himself, but does next-to-nothing to improve cycling safety in London, where cycling deaths are climbing every year.
Given the (shared) locus he has over London transport planning, he has some responsibility for that. And particularly given he uses his 'cycling-friendliness' as an electioneering tool.
