I actually just got mine today, free upgrade from telstra.

it's quite a bit faster, the screen is a bit brighter, more vivid colours etc. Overall it's a decent steady upgrade, nothing special though. I wouldn't go buy one outright I don't think.

In terms of speed though I guess a lot depends on the LTE networks in the UK, which I'm led to believe there is only one at the moment. Telstra's LTE network is very good here. For example I downloaded a 28mb app today on it in around 5 secs.
