I *think* he is saying that they have picked up all the *Twitter* identities of people who have defamed Macalpine, not that they know all their *real* identities

Of course once you have the Twitter ID you have either got the real ID (if they tweet under their real name like Sally Supercow) or can get the real ID in the end, so not too much bluff there
