I would argue that football is one of the least racist sports or businesses I. The world. Every team is multi ethnic and multi cultural. As a proportion of professional footballers I would imagine black or ethnic minority players make up a far higher percentage than they do of the British population. Give it ten years or so there will be plenty of black managers and coaches because of all the black players of the last decade who have retired. I don't really believe anyway that previous black managers can't get work because they are black. The individuals in question have just been crap.

I genuinely dont believe Football in this country does not have a major racism problem and that's why proposals such as setting up a black players union is unhelpful and divisive.

Eastern Europe on the other hand......
