yes, gesture is the right terminology i think. he did what i can only describe as a "scissors motion" with both arms pointing downwards and crossing in front of his cock and balls vicinity, it appeared to suggest that he was gesturing that it was "game over". i think some folk might have though he simply folded his arms in a gallic shrug type of aloof cock-a-snook manner at the opposing manager.

needless to say the gaffer was livid.
