I can't see him change our rigid system of 4-4-1-1 until he gets better players.

As stated below he is more happy with not conceding and trying to get a goal off 3/4 chances to win. He will only release the midfield and full-backs to attack when we have better centre halves and so on. At the moment attacking with 4/5 players its always going to be tough to score.

Its going to be a fairly boring ride and in my opinion it will only get better after a few transfer windows if hoots can keep us up playing this style
