The refusal to make subs is frustrating

I guess we just have to accept that Hoot is more of a "hold what we have" type of manager but I thought it was crying out for a change yesterday. It's also a bit of a worry that players on the bench are getting very little game time because they either don't get on or they get less than 10 minutes. Last season if you were on the bench you still often got a decent run out. I wonder if a few of them are getting a bit frustrated

It's not all doom and gloom though. The base is there. Just need to be a bit more positive.
