90cc on a motorcycle frame rather than the more common scootrette, never took the test to ride anything bigger.

Rode it from Southampton to Norwich at start of my second year at UEA, got really worried when I got onto the Newmarket bypass, newly opened I think, because I had never been on an A road with a hard shoulder and thought I'd strayed onto a motorway.

Very good for a small bike. The owner of the local Honda spares shop had one he used to race (scrambling, I think).
