Visit the..

Holocaust Memorial,
Reichstag,
Checkpoint Charlie,
Brandenburg Gate
Neues Museum (all museums are great tbf and mostly free)
Go up the telephone tower

[these are all quite touristy but I loved them]

Eat a load of sausages, drink beer, etc. It's one of the best places I've been.

Oh and use the metro instead of taxis, it's dirt cheap and very efficient.
