ipad pro is everything just works and all apps come out for that over other platforms first.

nexus devices are far superior to kindle fire.

you can guarantee it will have the most up to date OS - kindle fire wont
you can get more apps and more app sales through a standard nexus tablet to a kindle
google music is coming on 13/11 meaning free cloud storage
its just as cheap but better spec

in my view a nexus 10 saves you about ?80-100 on an ipad but not enough for me not to just get an ipad.

i would either go ipad (brand new 4th gen) or a nexus 7.

you need to decide whether 7" is too small for you. normally it isnt and it will be better for kindle book reading, web browsing with one hand.

if nexus 7, get either the 32gb model or 32gb with 3g if that floats your boat (i would get wifi only and thether tbh).
