Hannibal, take off the jacket & tie, put on a grey jacket and white wig. Big cigar in and black glove.

Then an easy change to:

Howling Mad Murdock. A flight jacket and baseball cap. Partner those with a wild eyed look and you're there.

Then the grand finale and the biggest change.

To BA Baracus. Don't get on no plane fool. Just wear the costume above, loads of jewelry, black up and it's job done. No one can be offended. If they do it's PC gone mad, gone mad.

NB: Important you black up or with all that jewelry people might think you're being Jimmy Saville, that could be a bad move.
