Surely that's a red herring though?

It may or may not be a trait of Telegraph PAPER readership, but online has pretty much blowen that model out of the water hasnt it.

I cant think those comments have come through avid Telegraph reader that have switched their habits and read their paper online.

We all read and are linked to things by subject now, regarding sport, don't we? E.g. I'm quite happy to read something sporty in the Mail if it is good and I have been referred to it, but I wouldn't buy the paper...
