Does the Kick It Out campaign create more problems than it solves?

I say this because I find modern crowds to be largely self-policing.

We don't have widespread problems at NCFC with chants or supporter behaviour.

1) You won't convince me in a million years that the JT affair didn't have more to do with individual egos than racism.

2) The Serbia thing simply doesn't happen here any more unlike the 70's/80's

3) Skin colour isn't something which the modern generation of young supporters even think about
