McNally pay

Not been on here for ages. Was shocked to see McNally's pay when I got the latest accounts through the post a week or two ago. 200% bonus?! Yes the financial position of the club has improved (which it would without McNally at the helm given we're in the Prem) and we stayed up, but 200%?! ?25k per week salary - more than most, if not all, players I'd imagine. I wonder what the bonus conditions were more specifically. For someone who mentions so much about money going back in to the playing squad, it seems a bit strange. Maybe it's the norm for middling Prem club Chief Exec's though - haven't researched it thoroughly.

Has this been discussed to death already?!
