My very quick report of tonight's game...

I sat on the back row of the Barclay lower - less legroom there than in other rows.

Spent the first half studiously cocking a deaf'un at the stuart telling me to sit down. Eventually he came right over to me on the row in front. Oi larfed. And then stood up for the rest of the game. I think I was seen as some kind of rebel with a cause by the teenagers who had taKEN UP THE REGUALRS' SEATS (oops, sorry about the Caps lock there).

I cant remember any football in the first half, other than not being overly concerned about conceding.

Half time went quickly as I was engrossed in my new game on my phone where you have to guess the companies from their logo. Took f**king ages to get Standard Chartered Bank, only twigged when someone said 'Liverpool' in front of me.

Second half - they started well - and scored. Fox a shocker for the goal.

Then TETTEY came on (no apologies for Caps lock this time). Wow, what a game changer. Instead of sideways passing our way into attacks, we dribbled and drove forwards.

We did a surprisingly loud OTBC with about 1,000 fans in the Lower, (approx 5 of whom had balls that have dropped), goaded the Spurs fans, cringed at the burglar chant), and went mental when Jacko scored. Although I have absolutely no idea what the goal was like.

Swore at Tierney for forgetting how to tackle. Spurs player was looking for the pen all the way, and duly got it.

Girl in front of me turned around in her seat and leant on it, just as I lurched forward to watch the pen. Personal space was invaded for an awkward 20 seconds. Followed by an even more awkward 10 seconds when her dad turned round and did the same.

Mayhem! Cheering! Rapid braincell scratching trying to think of a song for Bunn! Ended up with Bunny! Bunny! (WTF).

Went home. Actually no, went to Morrisons. Took pity on a Spuds fan who needed 10p to complete his purchase of a four pack for his trip home. I said "enjoy your trip." He said, "it could be worse, I've only got to get to Lowestoft".

Oi larfed again. And went home. And wrote this.
