so we'll see. PL was lucky to inherit a team of underachievers playing in the wrong league (think of the quality of the team he had, in the 3rd division). He then (very very well) built great momentum. But I have been enormously unimpressed by what he's done at AV - at a basic level they look completely disorganised, and that, ultimately, is down to him - even if you're not playing well there's no need to look shambolic. The points we've gained this year have been from playing properly, not on a wing and prayer.
