and note the refs position when the ball was kicked , note Carroll's position when he fumbles the catch , note the lines man position when he drops the ball

Then get a mate and a football ,if you do have any , find a football pitch you stand in the half way line and get your mate to bounce the ball on the goal line and from your position on the half way line you say when it is totally over the line or even two feet over the goal line you have to answer the moment the ball bounces no thinking about it off course you could guess and be correct but refs arn't allowed to do that

Finally you tell me who f**ked up that night , the ref or the linesman
