I have been at this football club for five years now and it's plain to see that quality ball isn't coming in to the box.

So I'm playing Ashton slightly wide, from where he will whip it in, sprint, pick up his own pass and score.

He just needs to pick up his workrate and work on his pace so he can get on the end of the ball. Once he's got that under his belt it should be plain sailing.
