Lambert v Norwich - timeline of a feud:

May 30 Villa approach
June 2 Lambert appointed, Norwich want compo. Villa say none due as he resigned and a free agent.
Oct 4 Bowkett reveals the unfair dismissal claim at a forum and states "he's walked out on every club"
Oct 5 lambert states NCFC suing him.
Oct 26 Lambert says he and Mr B haven't talked for 2 years.

Seems like a new, and possibly unsurprising, revelation.
