I think that the FA would have to make a decision

on whether to bring the game back or allow say a goal and then bring the game back, but in reality often the ball goes out of play or not much happens in 20 seconds. plus if players knew it would be looked at then they would not comitt the foul. In todays incident then our Bennet may have scored .
