Fair comment, but...

wouldn't it be reasonable to say that Worthy has never really looked anything like a great tactical mind. What his success was based on was creating great team spirit and being a fantastic motivator (and I personally - while not a great fan - have always praised him on those qualities). But the worrying signs in the current season's showings are that he may have lost that ability and, if so, it really doesn't leave very much.
