Anyone know where i might be able to buy a mobile broadband dongle,

without a contract, and without a sim card?

I have become stuck in the most repetitive bubble that is Orange customer services. The device they provided me with is f**ked, the Orange shop can't replace it, and Orange customer services can't replace it, even though I'm paying them for a service I can't use due to the device they provided being f**ked. Their most recent solution is for me to go and buy a new dongle and they will then credit my account with the cost of this. Trouble is, nobody appears to sell them without a sim, be it contract or pay as you go.

This is draining the f**king life out of me.
