I can kind of see what GOBB is saying...

But I think we have got the tactics right. Last year against Arsenal (and most other clubs for that matter), Lambert played attacking, care free, free flowing football, that was beautiful to watch and is what I think GOBB wants to see again.

But the fact is that sort of football led to us only keeping 2 clean sheets all season. Had we played yesterday like we played last season, chances are they would have scored and then you are looking at having to score twice or 3 times to win the game.

Yesterday wasn't the free flowing attacking football we have become accustomed to, but it was an excellent team performance, where we pressed well, kept our shape well and restricted one of the best sides in the league to minimal chances. By doing that, we kept a clean sheet and one goal was enough.

There are going to be times this season where the football isnt going to be pretty, in fact its going to be very scrappy. But if it keeps us above the dotted line for another season, how many of us are going to complain?
