Probably better than me eating main meals in the evening

In the last month, I've started eating little handfuls of mixed fruit

Do that first thing in the morning, and just before I go swimming

Also bought a little microwave bowl steamer, and have a quick bowl of veg and chicken bits as a snack

I like to think that's covering the whole eating regularly thing, and my metabolism speeds up
