I remember when he was on Nationwide League Extra

A show that was on ITV about 1am every Monday night showing all the goals from Div 1 to 3. It was 1998 and he was interviewing Bellars in one of the lounges at Carrow Rd.

Both seated, the interview was a few minutes long and when Garbrial wrapped it up he physically held down Bellars in the seat with his arm so he couldnt move. Very strange!
