I think arranging to have a person beaten-up might be a bit, y'know, not strictly lawful.

But f**k it though, the lad he wanted beaten up was only a journalist, and they're scum, and Boris is ho ho ho chucklesome, and at least he's not Red Ken eh!? So we can safely ignore this. It never happened.
