As Bad as Nigel Has Been

I really hope someone at the AGM meeting tomorrow asks what the fuk is up with the youth system here at Carrow Road. A club this size should have as one of its core principles that youth be served. Our Academy has been nothing short of a disaster yet questions are rarely asked and accountability seems nil. Who exactly is responsible for recruiting and developing players at this club and shouldn't they be held just as responsible as Worthy for a job poorly done?
