Why the f**k would he go from a team up the top of the Champ...

...that are playing for each other and putting in great results, to a team languishing in the bottom half, that can't play together to save it's life (and it's manager's head)?
The Luton squad has been together for a long time now, and are in the ascendancy, ready for a shot at the big time. Why would he throw away Messiah status (which would land him much bigger jobs at much bigger clubs than us in the future), to have to completely restructure a team, coaching staff, playing system etc etc at a completely alien club to him, and at a club that has lost that winning feeling?
