of a "keep the faith brigade" or a happy clapper. When in fact it's more couched in realism.
I think everyone is concerned, including Hoots and McNally. But sacking him after 7 games would be crazy wouldn't it? Mental behaviour. He's obviously a decent manager from what he's done previously, no way we should be judging him in this way yet. Also who would we get in?
We need to get over Lambert. Comparing everything that happens now to what happened under him, or what one imagines would now be happening under him is very unhelpful at best.
Also I thought our attitude away at Spurs was pretty good, didn't you? We tried to win it and were unlucky we didn't. Or have you forgotten that one?
I also don't think anyone goes into games like Chelsea away with any other intent than trying to win it. I just think it's fairly rational to take a defeat against them on the chin and not have a massve hissy fit (like an unhinged t**t) when we get well beaten by them. We won't be the last.
The manner of the defeat at Fulham was awful, I was there. We then turned it around and put in three performances that were good, but we didn't convert our chances enough to get a win.
Liverpool was awful, but came mainly from defensive howlers, we seem to have put this right yesterday with a not too bad performance against a very good side.
Let's see what happens next, who knows? But it would be good to all get behind the manager and the team rather than have them play in a s**t and far from inspiring atmosphere at FCR.
Support the team, atmosphere has been rubbish at home so far. You're part pf the problem, when you could be part of the solution.
