Lambert was the radical one

Very Happy he was, but we can't expect all the other managers available to teams our level to have his type of maverick touch

Hughton is solid and dependable imo, but needs time (and a better ficture run) to get things gelling - when this happens, I hope you're still about on here to acknowledge that ;-)
