The point should be "if you want to smoke stay at home" not "if you dont want to inhale smoke dont go the pub".

Freedom exists where your activities do not harm other people. Blatantly and scientifically smoking does harm other people. A non smoker not smoking in a pub doesnt harm a smoker. A smoker smoking in public does. FACTUAL. selfish needy smoking tossers
